The Service and its original content (excluding Content provided by users), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of SkillGenix and its licensors. This includes our proprietary OCC framework and AI algorithms. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

You retain all rights to any data, files, text, or images you upload or submit to the Service ("User Content"). By using the Service, you grant SkillGenix a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and process your User Content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service.

3. Acceptable Use and Restrictions

You agree not to use the Service:

  1. In any way that violates any applicable national or international law or regulation.
  2. To exploit, harm, or attempt to exploit or harm minors in any way.

4. Artificial Intelligence Disclaimer

The Service utilizes Artificial Intelligence (AI) and machine learning technologies to generate career recommendations, skill analysis, and learning pathways. You acknowledge that:

  1. Accuracy: AI systems may occasionally produce incorrect or incomplete information. SkillGenix does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any AI-generated content.
  2. No Professional Advice: The Service is for informational purposes only and does not constitute professional career, legal, or financial advice. Users should exercise their own judgment and seek professional advice when needed.

5. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall SkillGenix, its affiliates, agents, directors, employees, suppliers, or licensors be liable for any indirect, punitive, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including without limitation damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses, arising out of or relating to the use of, or inability to use, this Service.
